A bulk store? In a word, all of the products there are in bulk with no plastic packaging. You can bring your own containers and buy the food to the gram. For Cyril & Adrien it goes beyond that! Not only do they sell 95% of products coming from organic agriculture and/or integrated agriculture, but they also want to make "Un Bol d'Air" a place where people can share and learn with each other. They make the local producers and farmers come and present their products to consumers and they have also set up workshops with local associations to teach people how to reduce waste.
