Piyush lost one of his cousins following a road accident, due to a lack of quick care. Marked by this event and aware of the weakness of means to respond to these situations (there are for example only a few ambulances in New Delhi for a population of nearly 20 million inhabitants), he decided to form a first aid network made up of police officers and citizens, especially students, to administer the actions that save in the first few minutes which are often decisive.
