ECF allows teenagers to express themselves about their place as a man in society, and to change their habits and behaviors towards women, often victims of violence and inequality. Through a man-to-man mentoring system, these "workshops" and regular speaking groups held in their neighborhood allow them to learn the fundamentals of biological and sexual education, to discuss their role in the family and to in society, to integrate that they have an indispensable role to play and that they are also affected daily by the subject.
