Voisin Malin

France / Paris

Bringing out a network of charismatic inhabitants to recreate a dynamic in the popular neighborhoods

Convinced that there is a real lack of understanding, or even mistrust, of the inhabitants of working-class districts towards the institutions and administrations, Anne Charpy creates "Voisin Malin". The principle: identifying resident ambassadors in these neighborhoods to improve the well-being of all. In concrete terms, these residents go door-to-door to collect a need, give information, explain a project of the city, put in touch with a service or support in an administrative process. Today, more than 30,000 families have been met!
