Using rooftops to develop urban agriculture and solidarity projects
Passionate about gardening, Nicolas taught in ecodesign and decided to meet Agroparistech and INRA to propose a project of culture on the roofs of Paris using waste of life, wood, compost, marc coffee, not earth. Since then, Topager has created rooftop cultural spaces and solidarity projects, such as their therapeutic garden for the Robert Doisneau center, which houses people with disabilities.

Developing the practice of "foraging", which consists of picking fruits and other edible plants in public places such as parks or roadside trees, freely accessible and yet often abandoned
