Offering a cheese to a stranger in need
This initiative is inspired by the "suspended cafés", a concept imported from Naples with a simple principle: you enter a bar to drink a coffee, and you pay a second one that you leave on hold (hence the term "suspended ") for a person in need. This cheesemaker, like several establishments in France (bakeries, bookshops, butchers, etc.), gives the possibility to its customers to buy a cheese and to leave it on a display dedicated to the most deprived. Thus, it gives a small alternative to those who beg to feed themselves.
