Connecting the inhabitants of a city with the producers and artisans of its region
The Food Assembly is an internet platform linking the inhabitants of a city with the producers and craftsmen located close to it. The objective is to promote local production by introducing a short distribution channel (without going through the large-scale distribution sector), and to enable urban residents to consume "better": fresh, local, "baskets" to retrieve each week. Born in France in 2009, the "Ruche qui dit Oui" has become "Food Assembly" in its European branches (Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, ...).
